Revived, Refocused and of course Resolutions

Revived

The past few years of my life have been a bit chaotic to say the least. That left me putting a lot of my dreams and goals to the back burner for a while. Which left me bitter, angry and depressed. This blog represents a new beginning for me, a start in the right direction towards where I want to be.  What a better way to begin a year then by going after everything one has always wanted?

Refocused

I was first introduced to WordPress when I brought up how I thought I might want to start a blog to one of my best friends and fellow blogger Karen Rought. ( Check out her blog!! She is so talented!  http://themidnightnovelist.wordpress.com)  I planned on starting up my own blog after hearing about it. It took a bit longer than I expected and wanted but, I’ve finally begun.

Resolutions

With all that being said I’m excited for what this year brings. For the first time in a long time I can say that I’m happy with where my life is going.  2013 is already shaping up to be a very good and busy year.  I have so many goals for this year in all aspects of my life, here are just a few:

• Write more poetry
• Record more singing and get over my stage fright!
• Start playing guitar again
• Get my license I really need to get it this year!
• Exercise more
• Keep in touch with people better (I’m awful)
• Read more books (Good Reads goal for the year 50)

The greatest thing about all of my resolutions for this year is that they are within reach and can be easily accomplished. Here’s to a very good 2013 everyone!!
