Time to Heal

We all sit silently,

And wait,

For a cure,

Young and old,

Gather here,

For family, For friends,

For hope,

Quietly bonded,

By something much greater,

Both a blessing and a curse.

    That’s deep. Cancer is what I’m getting at. It could really relate to any hardship, but I think cancer when I read this one. ‘For a cure.’ Very true poem.
